The recommended temperature range for ACQUITY UPLC BEH columns is between 20 and 90 degrees celsius. This ensures the best selectivity, lower solvent viscosity, and increased mass transfer. In order to maximize the lifetime of your column lower operating temperatures are recommended for higher pH ranges. Consistent use at high operating temperatures can shorten the lifetime of your column.
