The ACQUITY Premier Oligonucleotide BEH C18 Column, 300Å, 1.7 µm, 2.1 x 100 mm, is used to separate oligonucleotides via ion-pairing reversed-phase (IP-RP) chromatography on UPLC systems. Each column incorporates Waters' BEH hybrid particle technology for unmatched pH and temperature stability and our MaxPeak Premier high performance surface technology for ultra-low non-specific adsorption. Stationary phase batches are also QC tested using the Waters MassPREP Oligonucleotide Standard to ensure lot-to-lot performance. Premier Oligonucleotide BEH Columns provide unmatched sensitivity, exquisite reproducibility, and excellent out-of-the-box performance. Columns with 130 Å pore size particles deliver industry leading performance for short-mer oligonucleotide separations, and new 300Å pore size columns offer enhanced resolution for longer oligonucleotides.
