1500 Series Binary and Isocratic HPLC Pumps
Waters 1500 Series HPLC Pumps have been designed to meet all of your flow range needs, from low flow to preparatory. Waters 1500 Series HPLC Pumps:
- 1515 Isocratic HPLC Pump - 100 µL heads, optional injector, degasser, automated seal wash and is designed for routine isocratic applications using columns with an ID of from 2–4.6 mm.
- 1525 Binary HPLC Pump - 100 µL heads, optional injector, degasser, automated seal wash and is designed for isocratic or gradient applications using columns with an ID from 2–4.6 mm.
- 1525 µ Binary HPLC Pump w/Degasser - 50 µL heads, lower internal delay volume, Integral vacuum degasser and optional automated seal wash. It is designed for low micro flow rates for columns with an ID from 1–2 mm.
- 515 HPLC Pump - High precision, reliability, smooth eluent flow, and proven performance, ideal for high-throughput isocratic analyses and reproducible, multi-pump gradient delivery with smooth concurrent-stream blending.
2707 Autosampler
The 2707 Autosampler is a versatile, compact sample management system that makes highly precise and reproducible injections of samples into your LC or LC-MS system. FlexInject Manual Dual Injector Module
The FlexInject Manual Dual Injector Module operates with any fluid mixing system, including Waters high-pressure mixing solvent delivery modules (2545 Binary Gradient Module or 1525EF Binary HPLC Pump).

Manual Injector Kit
The Manual Injector Kit is a stand-alone version of the Model 7725i, Rheodyne's Sample Injector for analytical HPLC systems. It provides 3 interchangeable loops for injections ranging from 5 to 200 µL, to ensure flexibility and precision. Use either the partial-filling or the complete-filling method options for sample loop loading.

Column Heater Compartment and 1500 Column Heater
Separation temperature plays an important role in HPLC since it can influence retention time, selectivity, and peak shape. The 1500 Series Column Heater offers a temperature range of ambient+5 to 60 °C to maintain accurate, consistent column temperature.
Switching Valves
Switching valves are compact, motorized standalone modules that are ideal for switching your LC flow paths. Each module has a unique flow switching pattern designed for certain laboratory tasks.
Waters Valves:
- Solvent Selector Valve - Supports up to six different solvents for isocratic and step gradient applications. Ideal for automated selection of various mobile phase compositions for unattended methods development.
- Two-Position Six-Port Switching Valve - Automates multiple injector and switching tasks for sample enrichment, two-column selection, and sample clean-up.
- Two-Position Ten-Port Selector Valve - Combines injection and sample enrichment. Used in applications with automated switching for sample clean-up and alternating column regeneration.
- Three-Column Selector Valve - Supports up to three different columns for method development and preparative applications. Can be installed in external temperature-controlled column oven.
- Six-Column Selector Valve - Supports up to six different columns for method development and preparative applications. Can be installed in external temperature-controlled column oven. Offers color-coding to distinguish different components of the same system.
- Ten-Position Selector Valve - Used in applications like automated switching among streams. Automates selection for up to ten columns to accelerate methods development and increase column lifetime.
