Accelerate Clone Selection and Process Development in Bioprocessing

Accelerate Clone Selection and Process Development in Bioprocessing

Improving the speed and accuracy of recombinant protein bioprocess development is critical. Waters Corporation and Sartorius are partnering to help bioprocess experts achieve this through direct access to high-quality mass spectrometry (MS) data.

The Waters BioAccord LC-MS System will be implemented as a new bioprocess analyzer with data connectivity to the Sartorius Ambr® multi-parallel bioreactor platform. Bioprocess experts will be able to access mass spectral information on drug substances, related analytes, and cell culture media components alongside their Ambr® bioprocessing data. Read the press release here.

BioAccord LC-MS System

BioAccord LC-MS System

The BioAccord LC-MS System provides appropriate sensitivity, mass resolution and selectivity for directly analyzing biomolecules. The system comes with optimized compliance-ready workflows:

  • Intact mass analysis of proteins and oligonucleotides
  • Subunit analysis of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
  • Peptide mapping/MAM (multi-attribute method)
  • Released N-glycan analysis
