Pre-columns maintain UPLC column efficiency
With the low dispersion, one-piece design of the VanGuard Pre-column, you can achieve a holistic approach of higher efficiency, greater resolution, and increased throughput with ACQUITY UPLC separations. The pre-column connects directly to the inlet of the ACQUITY UPLC Column and is available in all ACQUITY UPLC Column stationary phases.
Cost-effective protection for HPLC and UHPLC columns
VanGuard cartridges and pre-columns are a universal solution to extend all HPLC, UHPLC, and UPLC column lifetimes. Simply replace the cartridge instead of your more expensive analytical column to regenerate the original separation performance. The reusable holder is designed with an adjustable ferrule so that it can be attached to any column inlet. The cartridges provide column protection over a wide variety of separation conditions, while the low volume design maintains resolution and separation efficiency during routine use.
