XBridge Premier Oligonucleotide Columns are used to separate detritylated synthetic oligonucleotides based on ion-pair, reversed-phase chromatography. Each column is QC tested using Waters MassPrep OST standards to ensure repeatable performance for your most demanding oligonucleotide assays.
