Amino acid food and feed standard kit contains 21 amino acids analyzed in food and feed matrix. The standard is designed for both ID and quantitative amino acid analysis.

The food and feed standard kit contains 2 vials of 17-hydrolysate standard and 8 vials of food and feed standard.

17- hydrolysate standard vial contains 17 amino acids including Alanine, Arginine, Aspartic acid, Cystine, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Proline, Serine, Threonine, Tyrosine, and Valine. The standard is lyophilized pre-weighed powder. When reconstituted in 1.2 mL of 0.1M HCl, each amino acid has a concentration of 1.00 μmol/mL except cystine which has a concentration of 0.50 μmol/mL.

Food and feed standard vial contains additional 4 amino acids including Taurine, AABA (α-Aminobutyric acid), Methionine sulfone and Cysteic Acid. The standard is lyophilized pre-weighed powder. When reconstituted in 250 uL of 0.1M HCl, each amino acid has a concentration of 1.00 μmol/mL.
