Waters High Definition Imaging (HDI) Software is an intuitively designed platform that simplifies and streamlines the mass spectral imaging workflow. It organizes and processes multimodal mass spectrometry imaging data, resulting in a specificity and multiplicity that traditional techniques cannot match.
The HDI Software package contains data analysis and processing tools required for rapid and effective interrogation of what can be very complex imaging data. This powerful software allows for full integration of mass spectrometry imaging discovery experiments on SELECT SERIES MRT, SELECT SERIES Cyclic IMS, SYNAPT, and Xevo QToF family platforms using a single user interface, and Targeting Mass Spectrometry Imaging (MSI) experiments on Xevo TQ Absolute.
HDI Software produces MS imaging data that is 3rd party software compatible and features a plug-in manager, enabling customers to use their own software, Waters-developed plug-ins, and microapps to further enhance functionality.
