Column:

Symmetry Shield RP8, 4.6 x 50 mm, 5µm

Mobile phase:

0.1% glacial acetic acid/methanol 85:15

Flow rate:

1.0 mL/min

Injection volume:

5 µL solution with antipyrine (240 ng) and 4-hydroxyantipyrine (29 ng)

Detection:

UV @ 254 nm
