Glycoworks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Starter Kit-96 sample
As the leader in innovations for biotherapeutic analysis, Waters has been dedicated to reimagining the workflow for released N-glycan analysis, leading to the RapiFluor-MS reagent. Featuring the ionization capability needed to maximize information generated by MS detection, this new workflow speeds up deglycosylation and streamlines labeling. With three simple steps that can take as little as 30 minutes, the GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Kit enables laboratories to reduce complicated and time-consuming sample preparation.
The unique chemical attributes of RapiFulor-MS provide for increased fluorescence quantification and supreme mass spectral response. In a single label, chromatographers can get valuable information from characterization to routine monitoring.
The GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Start Kit contains materials to process 96 samples in a 4x24 format using the appropriate lab equipment. Waters recommends the use of RapiFluor-MS Glycan Performance Test Standard.
The package includes:
What Buffer And Formula Considerations Should Be Made?
Because the rapid deglycosylation procedure is facilitated by the RapiGest SF Surfactant, it will be compromised by the presence of SDS and high concentrations of nucleophiles. Waters advises dilution of amine and/or thiol concentrations to <0.1 mM. Some samples may require a buffer exchange step prior to enzymatic deglycosylation. Other protein content in a sample (like an albumin excipient) must be considered as contributing to the 15 µg quantity of protein that is prepared by each reaction in this kit.
