CORTECS C18 Column, 90Å, 1.6 µm, 2.1 mm X 150 mm, 3/pk

The CORTECS C18 Columns use solid-core particles—particles technology to improve performance by decreasing each of the three components of the van Deemter equation. The A term is dropped because solid core particles pack more uniformly, the B term is reduced because solid core particles have lower particle porosity, which reduces axial diffusion, and the C term is reduced because solid core particles increase heat transfer, resulting in lower radial temperature gradients.

CORTECS C18 Columns are general-purpose, high-efficiency columns with a solid-core particle that retains acids, bases, and neutrals in a balanced way at low and mid-range pH. CORTECS C18 is a conventional C18 bonded phase that balances bases, acids, and neutrals at low and mid-range pH while also providing good efficiency, resolution, and retention for complicated analyte combinations. CORTECS C18 Columns are general-purpose, high-efficiency columns with a solid-core particle that balances acids, bases, and neutrals at low and mid-range pH.

CORTECS C18 Columns are preferred by chromatographers all over the world due to the C18 ligand used in the column, which provides the best retention and stability. The CORTECS C18 Column boosts throughput while preserving resolution, allowing you to handle even the most difficult samples and combinations.

These products, designed for use with EPA Method 531.2, will simplify your analysis while boosting your confidence in the results. The Carbamate Column is designed and tested for high sensitivity and excellent resolution; this column is specified as the primary column for EPA Method 531.2. The Oasis HLB Cartridges are for sample cleanup and concentration to ensure maximum sensitivity. The Vials are certified to be clean and free of background contamination in order to provide optimized analysis. The Carbamate Reference Standards are for both drinking water and wastewater. These reference materials increase your level of confidence in your results.

What Are The CORTECS C18 Column's Recommended Operational Settings?

The CORTECS C18 Column, with a pH range of 2 to 8, and a maximum temperature of 45 degrees Celsius, functions best at pressures of 18000 psi (or 1240 bar). While functioning within the aforementioned limits is possible, be warned that doing so may injure your column and severely diminish its longevity and usefulness.
