BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge w/ Holder, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 3.9 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk

When you’re hard at work developing mAb separations, there’s a good chance you’re following proper sample purification procedures beforehand. Sample purification procedures should be followed to remove contaminants from your workflow, but the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge is here to help pick up any lingering contaminants that may become unstuck in the mobile phase stream. Column fouling is always a concern when working with LC-MS equipment, but it doesn’t have to be when you utilize breakthrough VanGuard column protection technology. Add the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge to your workflow now and enjoy increased overall column lifetimes.

How does the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge work?
First, the cartridge needs to be properly installed using the VanGuard Universal Cartridge Holder (P/N 186007949). This holder is included with this cartridge free of charge for the purpose of proper installation. When the cartridge is properly installed between the mobile phase injector and analytical column, it acts as an extra step for the mobile phase stream to flow through, picking up contaminants and removing them from your workflow. Plus, these cartridges are reusable! When you find that a cartridge isn’t working as it should due to contamination, simply replace it with another genuine cartridge from Waters.

Ensuring proper column performance may be the top priority of the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge, but what about proper LC-MS or LC system performance for mAb analysis?
To verify LC-MS or LC system performance for monoclonal antibody separations, choose the Intact mAb Standard. This specially formulated QC reference material can be used as a qualitative tool for intact mass analysis.

At Waters, we offer so much more than just VanGuard column protection solutions and the standards you need to verify LC-MS system performance. We also have sample preparation kits, lab informatics, classic chromatography consumables and a massive selection of educational resources to help improve your internal workflows. Is the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge Chemically and Mechanically Stable?

The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge offers the same inner diameter and pH range as the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, making for both a chemically and mechanically stable column protection solution.
