BioResolve SEC mAb Column with BioResolve SEC mAb Guard, 200Å, 2.5 µm, 7.8 x 300 mm, 1/pk with mAb Size Variant Standard
The BioResolve SEC mAb Columns and BioResolve SEC mAb Guards are designed specifically and rigorously tested for quality control to provide scientists with reproducible and accurate quantitation of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) from frequently associated high molecular weight aggregates (≥300,000 Da) and lower molecular weight fragments (e.g., ≤100,000 Da). The BioResolve SEC mAb Columns and BioResolve SEC mAb Guards provide flexibility to conduct different tests over a range of higher dispersion HPLC to lower dispersion UPLC systems.
The BioResolve SEC mAb Columns and BioResolve SEC mAb Guards are manufactured within dedicated Water facilities under cGMP and ISO 9001 certified plant conditions. These facilities adhere to the highest industry standards, and apply extensive manufacturing protocols and utilize ultra-pure reagents. Each batch of the BioResolve SEC mAb Columns and BioResolve SEC mAb Guards are reviewed through a series of QC tests. The mAb application is challenging and complex, and to ensure you have the best lab equipment, each of the individual equipment is tested for efficiency and also for mAb performance using Waters mAb Size Variant Standard to enable you to receive batch-over-batch and column-to-column consistency.
This particular lab equipment is also available with Water mAb Size Variant Standard (PN 176004592) at no extra charge. If you are interested in reviewing the additional lab equipment manufactured and produced by Waters, please review our catalog or browse through our website. You will be able to shop for lab equipment as per your laboratory needs and also connect with a member of our global support team who can assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
You might also be interested in the mAb Size Variant Standard; the Waters mAb Size Variant Standard (p/n: 186009429) contains the NIST humanized monoclonal antibody (Reference Material 8671), and non-reduced IdeS digested NIST mAb fragments F(ab')2 (~100,000 Da) and (Fc/2)2 (~50,000 Da). By aliquoting small, standard amounts of IdeS fragments, Waters mAb size variant standard can be effectively used to test column and LC System ability to separate mAb aggregates, monomer, and fragments/clips via SEC.
What Are The Operational Limitations Of The BioResolve SEC mAb Column with BioResolve SEC mAb Guard?
The BioResolve SEC mAb Column with BioResolve SEC mAb Guard can be operated within 2.5 pH to 8 pH, up to 60 C temperature, and a maximum pressure of 6500 psi (or 448 Bar). The Molecular Weight Range of the BioResolve SEC mAb Column with BioResolve SEC mAb Guard is between 10,000 and a maximum of 450,000.
