Symmetry C4 Column, 300Å, 5 µm, 4.6 mm X 250 mm, 1K - 30K, 1/pk

Get confidence in the long-term compliance of your HPLC methods using the Symmetry C4 Column that has been designed to set the standard for HPLC drug assays. The lab equipment makes it possible to perform critical analysis without any compromise on peak shape, selectivity, column-to-column and batch-to-batch reproducibility, or other important performance characteristics. The sensitive, robust and rugged HPLC assays offered by the wide-pored, reversed-phase Symmetry C4 Column makes it a popular choice in the pharmaceutical industry. Its C4 chemistry is best suited for large peptides and proteins.

Get better peak shape and peak capacity for the separation of biologically active peptides with the Symmetry C4 Column when compared to conventional columns of similar chemistry. When simultaneously separating hydrophilic and hydrophobic peptides, as well as neutral and highly basic peptides, the Symmetry C4 Column exhibits superior performance.

Whether at high or low mass conditions, the Symmetry C4 Column will offer better performance. It is recommended that low TFA mobile phases or 0.1% formic acid be used for mass spectrometry applications. The analytical column offers the best solution for validation compliance, regardless of who uses the method or where.

With the Symmetry C4 Column, you get the sharpest peaks for biomolecules and more peak capacity for complex tryptic maps. This is made possible by the use of the silica that is synthesized using ultrapure agents. The result is an analytical column that is high in purity with a very low silanol activity. The column is also packed to the highest efficiency and reproducibility of any product on the market, giving you improved precision for impurity and stability assays, more accurate quantitation, and adaptability to more rugged methods.

What Pressure Is Recommended For Symmetry C4 Column?

Though the column can tolerate pressure of up to 6000 psi (400 bar or 40 Mpa), the recommended range is 4000-5000 psi for optimal performance.
