BioSuite Diol (OH) Guard Column, 13 µm, 21.5 mm X 75 mm, 1/pk

Utilize the BioSuite Diol (OH) Guard Column to increase the lifespan of your analytical column. The lab equipment enhances the performance of the analytical column by removing chemical and particle contamination from the mobile phase stream. All 21.5 mm I.D. columns can be protected by this cartridge. BioSuite Diol (OH) analytical columns use sorbent particles with a diameter of 13 µm.

For use in reversed-phase liquid chromatography, the Waters BioSuite Diol (OH) Guard Column was developed to complement the Waters BioSuite Diol (OH) Columns. The lab equipment is designed to provide the same level of performance because it is constructed using the same packing materials as the analytical column. A BioSuite Diol (OH) Column's intake side may accept a single Guard Column.

With the BioSuite Diol (OH) Guard Column inserted, your UPLC analytical columns will last longer without sacrificing their chromatographic analytical performance. This is achieved in UPLC, UHPLC, and HPLC by removing unwanted impurities from the columns while maintaining separation effectiveness.

Like all Waters equipment, the BioSuite Diol (OH) Guard Column is produced under the most stringent cGMP, ISO 9001 guidelines. Each piece is also tested and certified for its intended use to ensure that it will perform at its peak efficiency and increase the selectivity, sensitivity, and speed of your analysis. To guarantee that you only receive the best lab equipment, every stage of the manufacturing process is rigorously examined and regulated.

The challenges of protein and peptide analysis have been addressed in the construction of the BioSuite Diol (OH) Column. The chemistry of the analytical column makes it the ideal laboratory tool for the separation, evaluation, and characterization of proteins and peptides. For the study of spherical 5 µm particles with molecular weights between 5,000 and 150,000 Daltons, the column is ideally suited.

What Is The pH Range Of The BioSuite Diol (OH) Guard Column?
