BioSuite CM Cation-exchange Column, 1000Å, 10 µm, 7.5 mm X 75 mm, 1/pk
The BioSuite columns enable outstanding protein and peptide resolution and recovery, as well as scalability from analytical to 'lab-scale' preparative applications. A strong sulfopropyl ligand is coupled to a pH-stable methacrylic ester-based polymeric resin in the BioSuite CM Cation-Exchange (CXC) Column. Waters BioSuite HPLC Columns for protein and peptide separations incorporate high-performance chemistries that allow for biomolecule isolation, analysis, and characterization.
The availability of four separation chemistries inside BioSuite Ion-exchange columns offers chromatographers the flexibility needed to build methods that separate proteins and/or peptides based on tiny charge variations. Waters BioSuite collection also includes the ability to choose between nonporous (NP) and porous IEX columns. The nonporous IEX selection provides improved chromatographic resolution; however, the porous selections provide a larger binding capacity.
The BioSuite CM CXC Column is produced in Waters Manufacturing facilities. We understand that precise equipment is required to produce meaningful results, which is why all of Waters' facilities adhere to the highest industry cGMP and ISO 9002 standards, and every piece of equipment is individually tested to ensure you receive reliable equipment and can rely on the results of your lab analysis. This ensures that every BioSuite CM CXC Column provides the most critical performance features, such as peak symmetry, column longevity, column efficiency, and column-to-column consistency.

You may also be interested in the HILIC QC Reference Material, which was developed to serve as a baseline for this type of separation. It is a four-component mixture that contains an un-retained void marker, a polar neutral compound, and two polar basic compounds and was developed specifically as a batch test standard for ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC columns. The shelf life of the HILIC QC Reference Material is 12 months and it may be conveniently stored in your lab at 4 degrees Celsius.
What Is The Structure Of A Phenyl Group?
A phenyl group is made up of a cluster of six carbon atoms that are bound together in a hexagonal planar ring, five of which are attached to separate hydrogen atoms while the remaining carbon is bonded to a substituent. Phenyl groups are widely used in organic chemistry.
