It is an ideal option for use as a column in LC-MS applications that use formic acid (FA) to reduce ion suppression because it has been specifically created for great polar peptide retention. The BioSuite C18 PA-A Column performs effectively with TFA concentrations of 0.025 percent TFA in conventional HPLC separations.
