Atlantis T3 Column, 100Å, 3 µm, 2.1 mm X 150 mm, 1/pk
Use the Atlantis T3 column for easily retaining and separating polar compounds. The Atlantis T3 column uses the reversed-phase HPLC and UPLC technologies to maintain the industry leader status. This means that lab equipment is manufactured with the advanced T3 bonding process which uses a trifunctional C18 alkyl phase bonded at a ligand density that promotes polar compound retention and aqueous mobile phase compatibility. The proprietary T3 end-capping process is much more effective when compared to the traditional trimethyl silane (TMS) end-capping. This unique end-capping, combined with T3 bonding gives you the superior polar compound retention and aqueous compatibility edge over the traditional columns. It also offers enhanced column performance, lifetime, peak shape, and stability.
The Atlantis T3 column is crucial lab equipment as it has been formulated to provide longer lifetimes at low pH. It also offers an improved peak shape for amine-containing bases at pH 7. This is why you get superior performance across a wide pH range with the analytical column. You can employ the Atlantis T3 column across a variety of applications as it is a universal silica-based, reversed-phase C18 column that enables you to retain and separate highly polar compounds. As an excellent alternative to traditional C18 reversed-phase LC columns, it offers good retention of, and selectivity for, neutral, hydrophobic compounds in addition to polar analytes and superior performance over a wider pH range.
You can leverage the balanced retention of polar and hydrophobic molecules and make the Atlantis T3 column your first choice when developing separations of polar and non-polar compounds.

You may also be interested in Atlantis Silica T3 VanGuard Cartridge, 100Å, 3 µm, 2.1 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk which works in conjunction with the analytical column and enhances its lifetime. This is achieved as the VanGuard cartridge is designed using the same packing materials as the column and actively works to remove any undesired chemical or physical particles from the mobile phase stream.
What Is The pH Range For The Atlantis T3 Column?
The recommended operating range for the Atlantis T3 Column is between 2-8 pH. In addition to this, it important to consider that the buffer and temperature will impact the column’s lifetime.
