XSelect Peptide CSH C18 XP Column, 130Å, 2.5 µm, 2.1 mm X 150 mm, 1K - 15K, 1/pk
The XSelect Peptide CSH C18 XP Column is a one-of-a-kind Waters XSelect column based on CSH130 C18 particles with a low and precisely defined concentration of positive charges resulting in good peak shape for peptides utilizing FA or TFA mobile phases.
The Waters Charged Surface Hybrid (CSH) technology allows the column to produce superior peak form and enhanced basic compound loading capacity. The 2.5 m particle eXtended Performance [XP] columns of the XSelect Peptide CSH C18 XP Column are packed in ultra-low dispersion hardware, enabling superior separation performance, resilience, and throughput for HPLC tests while allowing a seamless transition path toward UPLC adoption. The CSH130 C18 column's performance is almost entirely independent of strong ion-pairing agents, making it appropriate for LC or LC-MS applications.
Using the XSelect CSH C18 XP Column, you will be able to perform better resolution separations, which are necessary for isolating and quantifying complicated samples. The column achieves this outstanding performance by combining unique phases that combine efficiency and selectivity to improve the resolution of extremely complex data. The laboratory equipment also reduces time and effort when constructing chromatographic tests and provides excellent separation performance, robustness, and throughput for HPLC assays while being fully compatible with all HPLC, UPLC, and UHPLC technologies.
The XSelect CSH C18 XP Column, unlike other core shell columns, allows you to use superior performance and similar backpressure. The XSelect Peptide CSH C18 XP Column was created to resist pressures up to 18,000 psi (1240 Bar), usable within a pH range of 1 to 11, and support a carbon loaf of 15%. If you'd like to learn more about the various equipment Waters has to offer, check out our brochure or go to our website to shop for lab equipment to meet the needs of your laboratory.
You might also want to review the Waters Cytochrome C Digestion Standard; The Cytochrome C Digestion Standard was prepared by digesting Bovine Heart Cytochrome C (Uniprot # P62894) with sequencing grade trypsin. Each batch of digestion standard is prepared under strict quality control criteria confirmed on the included certificate of analysis. Protein digestion standards may be used for a variety of applications, including the evaluation and benchmarking of HPLC and UPLC columns or evaluation of mass spectrometry and chromatography instrumentation performance.
