XSelect Peptide CSH C18 XP Column, 130Å, 2.5 µm, 4.6 mm X 150 mm, 1K - 15K, 1/pk
The XSelect Peptide CSH C18 XP Column is a unique column part of the Waters XSelect collection and is based on CSH130 C18 particles that contain a low and carefully defined concentration of positive charges that lead to excellent peak shape for peptides using FA or TFA containing mobile phases.
The Waters Charged Surface Hybrid (CSH) technology makes it possible for the column to deliver superior peak shape and increased loading capacity for basic compounds. The XSelect Peptide CSH C18 XP Column is packed in ultra-low dispersion hardware, and the 2.5 µm particle eXtended Performance [XP] columns enable exceptional separation performance, robustness, and throughput for HPLC assays while enabling a seamless transition path toward UPLC adoption. The performance of the CSH130 C18 column barely exhibits dependence on strong ion pairing agents, which makes it ideal for LC or LC-MS applications.
Using the XSelect CSH C18 XP Column will enable you to be able to conduct higher resolution separations that are required for complex samples in order to isolate and quantify the samples. The column is able to give this exceptional performance by utilizing the unique phases that combine efficiency and selectivity to enhance the resolution of very complex samples. The lab equipment also saves time and effort when developing a chromatographic assay and delivers outstanding separation performance, robustness, and throughput for HPLC assays while being fully compatible with all HPLC, UPLC, and UHPLC technologies.
In contrast to other core-shell columns, the XSelect CSH C18 XP Column enables you to utilize outstanding performance and equivalent backpressure. The XSelect Peptide CSH C18 XP Column has been designed to withstand higher pressures of up to 10,000 psi (690 Bar). If you would like to review additional equipment offered by Waters, please review our brochure or visit our website to shop for lab equipment to meet the needs of your laboratory.
You might also want to review the Waters Cytochrome C Digestion Standard; The Cytochrome C Digestion Standard was prepared by digesting Bovine Heart Cytochrome C (Uniprot # P62894) with sequencing grade trypsin. Each batch of digestion standards is prepared under strict quality control criteria confirmed on the included certificate of analysis. Protein digestion standards may be used for a variety of applications, including the evaluation and benchmarking of HPLC and UPLC columns or evaluation of mass spectrometry and chromatography instrumentation performance.
