XTerra Shield RP18 VanGuard Cartridge, 125Å, 3.5 µm, 3.9 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk

To avoid the major limitations of silica-based reversed-phase packing materials, use the XTerra Shield RP8 VanGuard Cartridge. Waters' unique organic/inorganic hybrid particle technology (HPT) was developed specifically to address the hydrolytic instability of ordinary silica columns at high pH. XTerra Shield RP8 VanGuard Cartridges are used to boost analytical column lifetime and performance by removing particle pollution from the mobile phase stream. This cartridge protects all 3.9 mm and 4.6 mm I.D. XTerra Shield RP8 analytical columns with 5 µm sorbent particles.

Include the XTerra Shield RP18 VanGuard Cartridge in your lab supply collection to reap the benefits of its unique features. The mechanical toughness, very spherical shape, purity, pore size, surface area, and ability to tailor particle size, pore size, surface area, and surface chemistry are all important advantages of the VanGuard Cartridge. This is possible because standard bonding agents are used. The XTerra Shield RP18 VanGuard Cartridge complements the XTerra Shield RP18 Column by delivering peak shape performance for highly basic compounds while maintaining high separation efficiency.

The XTerra Shield RP18 VanGuard Cartridge is designed to work with the XTerra Shield RP18 Column and is made of high purity methyl hybrid material produced in a technique similar to that of high-purity silica. The XTerra material is made by the condensation of two high-quality monomers rather than one, which is a significant difference. In order to construct the XTerra column, TEOS and methyltriethoxysilane are employed in the hybrid particle manufacturing process (MTEOS). Furthermore, the VanGuard Cartridges are manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, ensuring that each stage is completed to the highest standards and tightest tolerances.

In addition to communicating with a member of our global support staff who can assist you with any questions or concerns you may have, you will be able to shop for lab equipment based on your laboratory requirements on our website. You should also look at the LCMS Certified Clear Glass 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Vial, with Cap and Preslit PTFE/Silicone Septum, 2 mL Volume, 100/pk; the manufacturing methods and handling procedures for LCMS Certified vials are strictly supervised. They are mass spectrometer tested and come with a certificate of analysis displaying the reference and vial scan for the production batch.

What Steps Make Up A Pesticide Analysis?

A pesticide residue test uses a complete chemical and microbiological analysis to show the quantities of pesticide residue in food items, giving food producers and manufacturers confidence in the contents of their products.
