CORTECS T3 Column, 120Å, 2.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 100 mm, 1/pk
The CORTECS T3 Column has been carefully designed on the Solid Core particle technology and designed to connect with any HPLC, UHPLC, or UPLC system. With the addition of the CORTECS T3 Column to your system, you can achieve much higher efficiency and increased throughput by simply raising the flow rate of the method.
In contrast to any of the other fully porous particles of comparable size, the CORTECS T3 Column will provide you with lower back pressure and enhanced resolution when analyzing samples and results. Due to its unique design, the CORTECS T3 Column provides an ultra-low column MS bleed, excellent peak shape, and significantly higher column lifetime. These columns are compatible with 100% aqueous mobile phases and provide excellent retention for polar and non-polar analytes.
The CORTECS T3 Column will enable you to apply higher speed to run your sample analysis without compromising on separation performance. The lab equipment will enable you to achieve chromatographic results in a shorter timeframe by allowing you to run more samples in the same duration in contrast to other columns; this assists in bringing down the overall costs of laboratory operations due to less equipment needed and less time spent during the analysis phase.
To ensure you are able to have reproducible results batch over batch and column over column in your lab, the CORTECS T3 Columns are manufactured under the strictest of controls within dedicated Waters Manufacturing facilities. The facilities ensure that the highest industry standards are met throughout the production process, thereby creating lab equipment you can rely on.
To learn more about additional offerings under the CORTECS column series, such as the CORTECS T3 Column listed here, or to find different products that work with it, please browse through our website or review our brochure to shop for lab equipment so you can replenish your stock and add to your existing equipment portfolio.
You may also be interested in reviewing the CORTECS T3 VanGuard Pre-column, 120Å, 1.6 µm, 2.1 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk, as they are used to extend analytical column lifetime and performance by removing particulate contamination from the mobile phase stream. This Pre-Column is optimized to protect all CORTECS UPLC T3 analytical columns containing 1.6 µm sorbent particles.
What Pressure Can Be Used With The CORTECS T3 Column?
The CORTECS T3 Column is designed to withstand a pressure of 18000 psi (or 1240 Bar) along with a particle size of 1.6 µm and pore size of 120 Å. However, it is always recommended not to cross the maximum range to ensure the best possible column lifetime and effectiveness.
