The nanoEase M/Z Symmetry C18 Trap Column has been designed to withstand up to 15 kpsi (1,000 bar) operating pressure, in addition to handling pressure fluctuations during injection extremely well. The nanoEase M/Z Symmetry C18 Trap Column also comes equipped with the ZenFit connector which is an easy-to-use, fingertight, tool-free liquid connection. This results in the reproducible, leak-free connections that are a hallmark of the nanoEase M/Z columns. This also introduces great simplicity in creating critical nano- and microflow UPLC fluid connections as you can greatly reduce the flow-path-induced variability in chromatographic results with the column. The fittings will fit into Waters V-Detail ports as well as into Rheodyne/Vici compatible valves.

The nanoEase M/Z Symmetry C18 Trap Column variant listed here contains Waters' patented BEH Technology 100A pore, C18, 5um particles. How Should The nanoEase M/Z Symmetry C18 Trap Column Be Stored Overnight?
To store the column overnight, continuously flush the column with the mobile phase at 10-20% of the maximum flow rate. Store in HPLC grade water when the column is to be used within 24 hours.
