Product Description

The first choice for reverse phase protein separation and analysis, BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 100 mm Columns contain 2.7 µm superficially-porous-silica particles having an average pore diameter of 450Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process that was specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. Each batch is qualified using a gradient separation of the Waters mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927).

Note: p/n: 176004157 contains this same column with Intact mAb Mass Check Standard (p/n: 186006552) and mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927).

Suggested Use: Intact protein and mAb subunit analysis, Protein Analysis, ADC characterization, AAV, Antibody Conjugates

BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 100 mm, 1/pk

Waters has introduced the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, a novel solution for analyzing intact proteins in mAbs and ADCs. The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column's column-to-column chemistry can be employed on UPLC, UHPLC, and HPLC platforms. The BioResolve RP mAb Columns contain 2.7-μm superficially-porous-silica particles having an average pore diameter of 450Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process that was specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments.

To gain advantage from the unique qualities that make the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column an ideal piece of lab equipment, add it to your lab. You can boost peak capacity and component resolution with the analytical column. For greater confidence in analyses, the lab equipment also has low injection-to-injection carryover.

You will be able to operate at lower temperatures easily using the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column for reduced on-column sample degradation while still getting good performance independent of the LC equipment utilized.

The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column packing material is made with extremely pure reagents in a cGMP, ISO 9001 certified facility. The Waters mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927) is used to qualify each batch of BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl material, and the results are held to limited specification ranges to assure repeatable performance. Every column is also efficiency evaluated, and an eCord with a Certificate of Analysis and Performance Test Chromatogram is attached. Users of non-Waters LC systems, who do not have an eCord reader, can also get the same information.

To ensure that your analytical column continues to deliver its optimum performance and to increase its lifetime, invest in the VanGuard Cartridge Holder, 1/pk. The lab equipment provides unprecedented ease of use along with an ultra-low dispersion format. It can be used to increase performance by removing particle and chemical contaminants from the mobile-phase stream, increasing column lifetime, and preventing leaks and connection voids. This is because the packing materials used in Waters VanGuard products are identical to the packaging materials used in Waters HPLC and UPLC Columns.

What Pressure Can The BioResolve Column Tolerate?

The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column listed here has been designed to withstand pressures of up to 10,000 psi (689 bar or 68.9 MPa).
