BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 1 mm X 100 mm, 1/pk

Biotherapeutic drug analysis requires an LC-MS instrument that’s capable of overcoming trying chromatographic conditions with ease. That’s exactly what you get with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column. This breakthrough mAb separation tool utilizes superficially porous silica particles that are functionalized by a novel polyphenyl bonding process to provide incredible resolution during your analyses. What’s more, you can even equip this column with VanGuard column protection to extend its overall lifetime and save it from particulate contaminants that can foul the inner lining of the column. Add the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column to your lab’s toolkit and enjoy the rugged yet flexible features that it has to offer. You’ll discover that this mAb analysis tool offers the throughput, usable pH range and workable pressure range to accommodate your analyses.

Can you use the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column for method development?
Yes, as a matter of fact, this column can be used on all UHPLC, UPLC or HPLC systems without any extra conditions to be aware of. That means you can maximize the throughput of your separations with UHPLC or UPLC systems and achieve maximum resolution. Plus, this column exhibits minimal injection-to-injection carryover, so you can continue with your analytical workflow apace.

Speaking of workflows, are your columns well protected from contamination?
Although proper sample purification protocols remove many of the particulate contaminants that could cause column fouling, they do not account for the contaminants that may be lingering in the mobile phase stream. To meet this consideration head-on, we’re happy to provide a solution with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge. This cartridge seamlessly integrates into your existing workflow to provide enhanced protection from particulate contaminants, plus it offers the same inner diameter and pH range as your analytical column. This way you can be sure that this column protection solution is both chemically and mechanically stable as you continue with your separations.

At Waters, it’s our passion to provide the liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry systems, instruments, consumables and informatics to make your life in the lab much easier and more efficient. From quality control reference materials to solution kits, we’ve got you covered. Simply shop lab equipment to stock up on all of the essentials today.

Can the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column Operate Successfully at Lower Temperatures?
