Product Description

The first choice for reverse phase protein separation and analysis, BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 1 mm X 150 mm Columns contain 2.7 µm superficially-porous-silica particles having an average pore diameter of 450Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process that was specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. Each batch is qualified using a gradient separation of the Waters mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927).

Suggested Use: Intact protein and mAb subunit analysis, Protein Analysis, ADC characterization, AAV, Antibody Conjugates

BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 1 mm X 150 mm, 1/pk

Add the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column to your lab to take advantage of its special features that make it a perfect piece of lab equipment. The analytical column can improve component resolution and peak capacity. The lab equipment also features little injection-to-injection carryover for increased analytical assurance.

The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column from Waters is a brand-new method for examining whole proteins in mAbs and ADCs. Column-to-column chemistry of the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column can be used on UPLC, UHPLC, and HPLC platforms. The 2.7 µmm superficially porous silicon dioxide particles in the BioResolve RP mAb Columns have an average pore diameter of 450 Å. A unique polyphenyl bonding technique that was created especially for LC or LC-MS analysis of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments are used to functionalize the particles.

With the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, you can work at lower temperatures with minimal on-column sample degradation and yet achieve high performance regardless of the LC lab equipment used.

The packing material for the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column is produced in a cGMP, ISO 9001-certified facility using incredibly pure reagents. Each batch of BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl material is qualified using the Waters mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927), and the results are held to certain specification ranges to ensure reproducible performance. In addition to this, the effectiveness of each column is assessed, and an eCord with a Performance Test Chromatogram and Certificate of Analysis is attached. The same information is also accessible to users of non-Waters LC systems who do not have an eCord reader.

In conjunction with the analytical column, the use of the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk is recommended by Waters to ensure that the column continues to deliver at peak performance throughout its use. The lab equipment offers an ultra-low dispersion format and an unprecedented level of user-friendliness. By eliminating particle and chemical impurities from the mobile-phase stream, extending column lifetime, and averting leaks and connection gaps, it can be employed to improve performance.

Is the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard Included with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column?

Yes, the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column comes with one vial of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard (P/N 186006552).
