BioResolve SCX mAb Column, 3 µm, 4.6 mm x 50 mm, 1/pk

A wide variety of monoclonal antibodies are frequently separated properly and consistently with charge variant quantification using strong cation-exchange analysis. However, a chromatography column that can easily tolerate chromatographic conditions is required for SCX analysis to be successful. Simply put, the BioResolve SCX mAb Column provides the flexibility and stiffness you need to get beyond those obstacles. And because this column offers charge variation analysis of mAbs and other proteins, Waters provides LC-MS users with a platform that uses strong salt and pH gradient techniques to boost your analyses.

Waters provides much more than only BioResolve SCX mAb Columns to help you comprehend the creation of biotherapeutic drugs. Also available are solution packages to improve your workflow, lab informatics, and data management software, quality control reference materials, and everything else you need to run a successful lab. Shop for lab equipment to equip your lab with all you need.

The non-porous polymeric particles inside the BioResolve SCX mAb Column actively strive to reduce analyte band spread to increase mAb separations, which also gives you superior component recovery, peak shape, and component resolution. And because we care so much about how you use this column for method development, we have set it up to have a low injection-to-injection carryover rate during method transfer. Moreover, this column is LC system independent, allowing for unrestricted use on all UHPLC, HPLC, and UPLC systems. You can repeatedly obtain strong and high-resolution mAb separations in this method.

You can use the BioResolve SCX mAb VanGuard FIT Cartridge in order to protect your column from contamination. This guard cartridge provides durable and effective column protection that is simple to use. It also maintains chemical and mechanical stability for mAb separations. You can simply replace a worn-out cartridge with a new one once it has been in use. Before using, make sure to thoroughly inspect these cartridges because you don't want any residual impurities to seep into the lining of your column.

What is the BioResolve SCX mAb Column QC Tested With?

The BioResolve SCX mAb Column is QC tested with the Waters Charge Variant Standard (PN# 186009065).

What Contaminants Arise During The Purification Of Monoclonal Antibodies?

While maintaining a respectable yield, impurities such as host cell protein, DNA, accidental and endogenous viruses, endotoxins, aggregates, and other species must be eliminated. Impurities that were added during the purification process must also be eliminated.
