XBridge Protein BEH C4 Column, 300Å, 2.5 µm, 3 mm X 100 mm, 1/pk

The XBridge Protein BEH C4 Column provides excellent peptide separation for a wide range of peptides. Additionally, it provides sharp, symmetrical peaks for optimal resolution. The XBridge Protein BEH C4 Column offers excellent peak shape and retention in formic acid and trifluoroacetic acid for optimum chromatography.

To assure the stability of peptide separation techniques, the XBridge Protein BEH C4 Column underwent quality control testing using a peptide map. Modern, well-characterized bonding techniques for the C18 ligand are used to achieve this. With the variety of samples used in proteomics, protein characterization, and peptide synthesis, it also ensures predictable behavior. The resulting analytical column provides reproducible synthetic peptide and protein digest separations from batch to batch. The lab equipment is manufactured using methods that guarantee stable particle structure and bonding chemistry across a wide pH range and at high temperatures.

Profit from the Protein Separation Technology of the XBridge Protein BEH C4 Column, which combines BEH technology and utilizes synthetic particles that provide the finest quality along with reliable performance. The packing materials used in the lab equipment are produced in a cGMP, ISO 9001-certified facility using ultra-pure reagents and were created expressly for use with the ACQUITY UPLC System. To ensure repeatable performance, each batch of the XBridge Protein BEH C4 Column’s packing material is chromatographically tested with acidic, basic, and neutral analytes, and the results are held to limited specification ranges. On the eCordTM Intelligent Chip, a Performance Chromatogram and Certificate of Batch Analysis are supplied after each column has undergone an individual test.

The LCGC Certified Clear Glass 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Vial, with Cap and Preslit PTFE/Silicone Septum, 2 mL Volume, 100/pk may also be of interest to you if you want to store your analytes, samples, and solutions in a chemically inert vial to ensure accurate and interference-free results from your analysis. In addition to this, all Waters LC/GC-certified vials undergo a UV test by HPLC, which is used to find minute quantities of chemicals used in packaging and manufacturing.

How Do Proteins Get Separated Using HPLC?

By interacting with the hydrophobic surface of particles arranged in columns, proteins and peptides are separated from one another.

How Are Peptides Purified?

The primary chromatographic techniques used to isolate peptides are RP-HPLC chromatography, flash chromatography, ion-exchange chromatography, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, gel filtration chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, and hydrophilic interaction chromatography.
