Atlantis PREMIER BEH C18 AX Column, 1.7 µm, 2.1 x 100 mm, 1/pk
Get exceptional retention for polar acidic analytes under reversed-phase conditions using the Atlantis PREMIER BEH C18 AX column. The analytical column offers reversed-phase/anion-exchange mixed-mode chemistry that offers a stable operating pH range of 2-10. In addition to this, it has complementary selectivity to traditional C18 stationary phases, which is highly sought after for methods development.
The Atlantis PREMIER BEH C18 AX Column utilizes MaxPeak™ High-Performance Surfaces. This is an innovative technology that has been designed to increase analyte recovery, sensitivity, and reproducibility by minimizing analyte/surface interactions that can lead to sample losses. It means that the Atlantis PREMIER BEH C18 AX Column is a great piece of lab equipment that not only gives reliable, consistent analysis results, it is also highly efficient that enables you to prepare and use as much sample as required.

How Should The Atlantis PREMIER BEH C18 AX Column Be Stored?
It is recommended that the Atlantis PREMIER BEH C18 AX column not be stored in buffered eluents. If the mobile phase used in the analysis contained a buffer salt, flush Atlantis PREMIER BEH C18 AX Column with 10-column volumes of HPLC grade water and then with 10-column volumes of 100% acetonitrile before storing the column. If this immediate step is not performed, it could result in precipitation of the buffer salt in the column when 100% acetonitrile is introduced. It is also highly recommended that the Atlantis PREMIER BEH C18 AX Column be completely sealed to avoid evaporation and drying out of the bed.
