In addition to this, ACQUITY Premier HSS T3 UPLC Column exhibits ultra-low MS bleed and is fully scalable and transferable to HPLC separations.

The ACQUITY Premier HSS T3 Column makes use of an innovative technology, the MaxPeak™ High Performance Surfaces, that has been designed to increase analyte recovery, sensitivity, and reproducibility by minimizing analyte/surface interactions that can lead to sample losses and poor peak shape.

The Waters HSS (High Strength Silica) particle technology is also present in the ACQUITY Premier HSS T3 Column. The HSS technology has been created to withstand UPLC pressures using a mechanically tolerant, silica-based material. This innovative synthetic process significantly increases the mechanical stability of silica while maintaining pore volumes similar to that of HPLC silica-based materials and helps the column deliver increased retentivity compared to hybrid particle technology. In addition to this, the HSS serves as the ideal substrate to create stationary phases that offer alternate selectivity.

The ACQUITY Premier HSS T3 Column is made using packing materials designed specifically for use with the ACQUITY UPLC System and is manufactured in a cGMP, ISO 9001 certified plant using ultra-pure reagents. In addition to this, to ensure quality control, each batch of ACQUITY packing material is tested chromatographically with acidic, basic, and neutral analytes, and the results are held to narrow specification ranges to assure excellent reproducible performance. After every column has been individually tested, a Performance Chromatogram and Certificate of Batch Analysis are provided on the eCord™ Intelligent Chip with the column for your reference.

We recommend that you also add the LCMS Certified Clear Glass 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Total Recovery Vial, with Cap and Preslit PTFE/Silicone Septum, 1 mL Volume, 100/pk to your lab.
