Porasil Silica Column, 125Å, 15 - 20 µm, 3.9 mm X 300 mm, 1/pk

One of the earliest commercially available totally porous packing materials used for LC separations was µPorasilTM and PorasilTM particles. The non-bonded, silica-based material of Porasil Columns was created to provide normal-phase separations for a variety of sample types, in contrast to the reversed-phase separation capability of Bondapak C18.

Waters Porasil 15 - 20µm silica packing material provides long column life and low back pressure. The packing also has a high surface area, making it ideal for preparative work.

The Porasil Silica Column is not the only lab equipment available in the brand. Waters offers a wide variety of particle sizes, pore sizes, and column lengths to accommodate your different chromatographic analysis needs. You can discover the entire range using the Waters website, which will also showcase compatible products to make your shopping experience easier, as well as allowing you to directly purchase shop for lab equipment from us at the best available market rates.

The Porasil Silica Column packing materials are produced in a cGMP, ISO 9001-certified facility using ultra-pure reagents and were created expressly for use with the ACQUITY UPLC System. To ensure repeatable performance, each batch of the lab equipment is pacjed with quality packing material that is chromatographically tested with acidic, basic, and neutral analytes, and the results are held to limited specification ranges. On the eCordTM Intelligent Chip, a Performance Chromatogram and Certificate of Batch Analysis are supplied after each column has undergone an individual test.

We recommend that you also invest in the LCMS Certified Clear Glass 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Vial, with Cap and Preslit PTFE/Silicone Septum, 2 mL Volume, 100/pk. Each and every Waters LCMS Certified vial is made using strictly regulated manufacturing and handling techniques. They are examined using mass spectrometers, and a certificate of analysis displaying the reference and vial scan for the production batch is supplied with them. The vial's screw top creates a good seal while also mechanically holding the septum in place during piercing. For repeated injections and sample preservation, the preslit PTFE/Silicone septa exhibits excellent resealing properties. From -40 °C to 200 °C, it has a working temperature range.

What Is The pH Range Offered By The Porasil Silica Column?
