Symmetry C18 Column, 300Å, 5 µm, 4.6 mm X 250 mm, 1/pk
The Symmetry C18 Column is the industry standard for HPLC drug assays, giving you confidence in the long-term compliance of your HPLC methods. No need to compromise on peak shape, selectivity, column-to-column and batch-to-batch reproducibility, or other critical performance characteristics. This makes the Symmetry C18 Column a crucial lab equipment as reproducibility is an essential component in establishing new analytical methods for the latest biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical products.
The Symmetry C18 Column is made using high purity materials, in a tightly monitored system, where each step of the process is carefully controlled and excellent column packing procedures followed so you get the best and most reproducible HPLC column. The column also offers the narrowest ligand surface coverage specifications which result in minimal shifts in resolution, and more reproducible batch-to-batch and column-to-column reproducibility.
To ensure that you can depend on the reproducibility of the Symmetry C18 Column, each column is accompanied by a three-page Certificate of Analysis as well that includes details of the specifications of the column and the results of the 22 critical tests that make the Symmetry brand.

What Temperature Range Is Suitable For The Symmetry C18 Column?
In order to enhance selectivity, lower solvent viscosity and increase mass transfer rates, it is recommended that an operating range of 20 - 45 °C be used with the Symmetry C18 Column. Please note that any temperature above this recommended range will result in a negative effect on the lifetime of the column.
