Oasis MAX 3 cc Vac Cartridge, 60 mg Sorbent per Cartridge, 60 µm, 100/pk
Meet all your sample preparation needs using the patented Waters Oasis MAX cc Vac Cartridge. The sorbent used in the lab equipment, the Oasis MAX (Mixed-mode Anion eXchange), is a reversed-phase sorbent. The Oasis MAX is a novel, mixed-mode polymeric sorbent that has been optimized to achieve higher selectivity and sensitivity for extracting acidic compounds with anion-exchange groups. The sorbent is also water wettable which means it can maintain its capability for higher retention and excellent recoveries even if the sorbent runs dry. This prevents the need to take extraordinary steps to keep the sorbent beds from drying out during the critical steps prior to sample loading. This listing has a 60 µm particle size, which is recommended for working with viscous samples. These syringe-barrel-type cartridges are designed for use with vacuum manifolds and automated SPE instruments.
The Oasis MAX cc Vac Cartridge’s sorbent is polymeric and is able to provide stability from 0-14 pH. With the lab equipment, you can utilize reliable SPE methods to detect, confirm, or quantify acidic compounds as well as acidic metabolites in biological fluids.
Add the Oasis MAX cc Vac Cartridge so you can conveniently separate analytes from complex samples in both fractions. This means that one lab equipment enables you to separate acidic compounds as well as basic/neutral compounds using selectivity and ruggedness. In addition to this, using the Oasis MAX cc Vac Cartridge you can successfully remove phospholipids and lysophospholipids which are the key contributors to ion suppression in LC/MS/MS analysis.
Like all equipment that is manufactured by Waters, the Oasis MAX cc Vac Cartridge is manufactured under tightly controlled and closely monitored conditions at the Waters ISO 9000 registered facility, which is compliant with cGMP guidelines of the U.S Food and Drug Administration for Class 1 medical devices.

What is the principle of ion-exchange chromatography?
In ion-exchange chromatography, the molecules separated on the basis of their charge are eluted using a solution of varying ionic strength.
