Depend on the Sep-Pak tC18 96-well Plate for sample preparation as it is a convenient, reproducible, disposable solid-phase extraction (SPE) device and reliable lab equipment. The plate is made using high-purity polypropylene. The wells of the Sep-Pak tC18 96-well Plate are filled with high-quality sorbent. The same sorbent is available in respective cartridge formats as well. The fluid capacity above the top frit in each well is approximately 2mL.
Use the Trifunctional bonding chemistry of the Sep-Pak tC18 96-well Plate for increased hydrolytic stability. A strongly hydrophobic, silica-based bonded phase can be used to adsorb analytes from aqueous solutions.

How Are Ion Exchange Packings Conditioned?
It is recommended that the Ion Exchange Packings that will be used for samples in nonpolar, organic solvents should be conditioned with the sample solvent. In contrast, for samples in polar solvents, it is recommended to use a water-miscible organic solvent, followed by an aqueous solution with the proper pH, organic solvent content, and salt concentration.
