Product Description

Oasis PRiME HLB sets the new performance standard for solid phase extraction cleanup in routine analysis. This sorbent will provide reversed-phase cleanup of acidic, basic and neutral compounds form complex sample matrices. Oasis PRiME HLB has been designed to simplify SPE with fast, easy protocols. It also produces cleaner samples by removing greater than 95% of common matrix interferences such as salts, proteins and phospholipids. Additionally, viscous samples can be processed with faster flows through the device and less plugging. Based on the Oasis HLB sorbent technology, this water-wettable sorbent does not require conditioning and equilibration to provide excellent recoveries.

Flow rates are much faster for common matrices like urine, milk, and plasma, and optimal load, wash, and elution flow rates are achieved using less vacuum or positive pressure than other SPE devices. With the patented 96-well µElution plate design, there is no evaporation or reconstitution necessary due to elution volumes as low as 25 µL and up to a 15 times increase in concentration.
