Product Description

Oasis PRiME HLB sets the new performance standard for solid phase extraction cleanup in routine analysis. This sorbent will provide reversed-phase cleanup of acidic, basic and neutral compounds form complex sample matrices. Oasis PRiME HLB has been designed to simplify SPE with easy to follow protocols. It also produces cleaner samples by removing greater than 95% of common matrix interferences such as salts, proteins and phospholipids. Additionally, viscous samples can be processed with faster flows through the device and less plugging. When using the pass-thru protocol, the 3 cc cartridge with 150 mg sorbent can be used to clean up more sample compared to the cartridge with 60 mg sorbent. The additional volume of extract can be further concentrated for sample enrichment.

Oasis PRiME HLB 3 cc Vac Cartridge, 150 mg Sorbent per Cartridge, 100/pk

Simplify solid-phase extraction with easy-to-follow protocols using the Oasis PRiME HLB 3 cc Vac Cartridge which sets the new performance standard for SPE cleanup in routine analysis. The universal sorbent used in the Oasis PRiME HLB 3 cc Vac Cartridge enables reversed-phase cleanup of acidic, basic, and neutral compounds from complex sample matrices.

By removing greater than 95% of common matrix interferences such as salts, proteins, and phospholipids, you get cleaner samples with the Oasis PRiME HLB 3 cc Vac Cartridge. In addition to this, it allows for the viscous samples to be processed with faster flows through the device and less plugging.

The Hydrophilic-Lipophilic-Balanced, Oasis PRiME HLB 3 cc Vac Cartridge used the water-wettable, reversed-phase sorbent, designed to meet all your SPE needs. By providing reversed-phase capacity, it offers a neutral polar hook for enhanced retention of polar analytes by providing reversed-phase capacity. The sorbent also does not require conditioning and equilibration to provide excellent recoveries.

Using the Oasis PRiME HLB 3 cc Vac Cartridge, you benefit from some key features such as stability at pH extremes and in a wide range of solvents, extraordinary retention of polar compounds, and a relative hydrophobic retention capacity that is 3 times higher than that of traditional silica-based SPE sorbents like C18.

We offer a wide range of cartridges that can meet your analytical and extraction needs. Browse through our website to find the right product for your needs as well as to shop for lab equipment.

You may also be interested in the Oasis PRiME HLB 96-well Plate, 10 mg Sorbent per Well, 1/pk which makes it possible to process several samples simultaneously. You can also use the plate to store your analytes in chemically inert equipment. The plate is composed of the same sorbent as the Oasis PRiME HLB 3 cc Vac Cartridge which means you do not have to worry about the wells drying up as they are water-wettable.

How Are Aqueous Samples Prepared?

To pre-treat aqueous samples, adjust the pH to maximize analyte retention on the SPE sorbent. Buffer salts and dispersive agents may be used to increase partitioning onto the SPE sorbent. Pretreatment to remove suspended matter prior to SPE treatment may include filtration or centrifugation.
