Oasis PRIME MCX 96-Well Oasis PRIME MCX 96-Well Plate, 10 mg Sorbent per Well, 30 µm, 1/pk

The Oasis PRIME MCX 96-well plate contains the Oasis MCX sorbent, a revolutionary, mixed-mode polymeric sorbent with a unique balance of hydrophobicity and water-wettability that ensures that individual wells of the 96-well plate never dry up during the essential phases prior to sample loading. Based on Oasis MCX Technology, Oasis PRIME MCX is a highly efficient reversed-phase and ion-exchange solid-phase extraction product.

The Oasis PRIME MCX procedures capture and concentrate basic chemicals while removing matrix interferences from the sample. The ion-exchange capacity of the Oasis MCX (Mixed-Mode Cation eXchange) Sorbent is tightly controlled. There are no silanol groups in the Oasis PRIME MCX that could hinder method development or retention mode. The well plate is made of polypropylene, which is chemically stable and inert. This ensures that using the lab equipment will not result in any chemical reactions when storing your analytes in the Oasis MCX 96-well plate.

The Oasis PRIME MCX 96-well Plate allows you to quickly attain the higher resolution, sensitivity, and throughput that scientists anticipate from the system. When you use this equipment in your lab, you will be able to deliver analyses at higher efficiency and with a far larger variety of flow rates and back pressures. Furthermore, this technology provides higher throughput results with improved resolution and sensitivity. The system was created with the understanding that the essential needs in a chromatographic lab are to minimize time and cost per sample while enhancing results quality.

You can find all of Waters' product options, including analytical columns, guard columns, vials, and other equipment, by perusing our brochure or visiting our website, where you can shop for lab equipment and contact us with any questions.

We also recommend the LCMS Certified Clear Glass 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Vial, with Cap and Preslit PTFE/Silicone Septum, 2 mL Volume, 100/pk; all Waters LCMS Certified vials are manufactured using tightly controlled manufacturing processes and handling procedures, and they are tested with mass spectrometers and come packaged with a certificate of analysis displaying the reference and vial scan for the manufacturing lot.

Why Might A Gradient System Be Necessary In A Lab Set Up?

To improve chromatographic separations, gradient systems allow you to adjust the flow rate and solvent/buffer changes. They can also be employed to sharpen separations and speed up column re-equilibration. When equipped with methanol, acetonitrile, ammonium acetate buffer, and formic acid solution, a four-solvent gradient system is useful for method development.
