Sep-Pak C8 1 cc Vac Cartridge, 50 mg Sorbent per Cartridge, 37 - 55 µm, 100/pk
Drugs and their metabolites in serum, plasma, or urine, as well as peptides in serum and plasma, are common applications for this silica-based bonded phase with moderate hydrophobicity, which is used for procedures needing less retention than C18. The Sep-Pak C8 1 cc Vac Cartridge is sold in packages of 100 pieces, and each one can carry 50 mg of sorbent and liquid.
If you choose our tools, programs, chemistries, and services, you will have all you need to complete any analysis successfully. Because they are the only ones that have undergone testing and certification for continuously excellent operation of your Waters systems, it is best to use Waters Quality Components with your Waters instruments. You can depend on reliable instrument performance, precise and repeatable results, and ongoing system compliance when you use Waters Quality Components.
Modern factories that adhere to the highest industry standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and cGMP, produce the Sep-Pak C8 1 cc Vac Cartridges (current Good Manufacturing Practices). Each Sep-Pak C8 1 cc Vac Cartridge is a solid-phase extraction (SPE) tool that is simple to use, reproducible, and disposable. The packings can be reproduced in terms of activity and capacity, and they are clean and dry.
To make sure you have top-notch products for your analytical needs, you can shop for lab equipment through the Waters online store on our website. We also recommend that you check out QuanRecovery with MaxPeak, 700 µL Plates, 25/pk; QuanRecovery Plates with MaxPeak HPS, created by LC-MS bioanalysts for LC-MS bioanalysts, minimize peptide and protein losses caused by ionic interactions and non-specific binding. Higher recovery, sensitivity, and repeatability of analytical results are produced by reducing these losses. These 700-L 96-well plates have minimal residual volumes to completely use small sample quantities and are LC-MS autosampler ready. MaxPeak High Performance Surfaces are cutting-edge technologies created to maximize analyte/surface interactions that can result in sample losses while decreasing analyte recovery, sensitivity, and repeatability.
How Should Filtration Be Done?
Before adding a sample to the syringe, draw around 1 mL of air into the device. This will enable the air to exit the syringe with the sample. This "air purge" reduces the amount of fluid that remains inside the filter device. The filtered solution should now be injected into the syringe. Twist the filled syringe onto the filter device while holding the filter device in one hand without using excessive effort. Start the filtration process by applying light pressure.
