Hi3 E. coli Standard
The Hi3 E. Coli and Phos B standards are a specialized collection of six highly pure synthetic peptides that represent the top six ionizing peptides of both the rabbit Phosphorylase B and E. coli ClpB proteins. For each analysis, these standards are quantified using AAA to equimolar ratios to increase precision. They have been mass-identified and found to be more than 95% pure.
These standards are primarily meant to be used with the ProteinLynx Global Server's MSE proteomics data processing Hi3 quantification method. The Phos B standard is meant for samples of microbial origin, while the E. coli standard is meant for samples of animal origin. The benchmarking and assessment of proteomic LC/MS systems made up of nanoACQUITY UPLC, Synapt, and Xevo time-of-flight mass spectrometers may also benefit from the standards.

We also advise checking out Oasis Method Development 96-well µElution Plate, 2 mg Sorbent per Well, 30 µm, 1/pk; Development of The Oasis Method Elution Plate was created primarily to remove uncertainty from the development of SPE methods. The four Oasis mixed-mode, ion-exchange chemistries—strong and weak anion exchangers (MAX and WAX), as well as strong and weak cation exchangers—are each included in three rows in the proprietary 96-well plate configuration (MCX and WCX). The creation of sample preparation methods can be completed fast and simply using just two SPE techniques. For automated, high throughput SPE, the Oasis Elution Sorbent Selection plate is compatible with the majority of liquid-handling robotic systems.
How Should I Go About Filtering in a Liquid Chromatography Lab Setting?
Before adding a sample to the syringe, draw around 1 mL of air into the device. This will enable the air to exit the syringe with the sample. The filter device's fluid retention is reduced by this "air purge." The filtered solution should now be injected into the syringe. Twist the filled syringe onto the filter device while holding the filter device in one hand without using excessive effort. Start the filtration process by applying light pressure.
