Major Mix IMS/Tof Calibration Kit

The Waters Major Mix IMS/Tof Calibration Kit is intended to be used as a calibration solution for high-resolution mass spectrometers equipped with ion mobility. This kit is also utilized in the on-board calibration of the VionTM IMS QTof system.

The following items are included in the Major Mix IMS/Tof Calibration Kit:

2x ampoules each containing a 2 mL solution of the following in a 50:50 acetonitrile:water matrix. .01 mg/mL succinic acid 1 ng/µL salicylic acid 1 ng/µL theophylline 0.1 ng/µL pantothenic acid 2 ng/µL stearic acid 0.1 ng/µL perfluoroheptanoic acid 0.1 ng/µL perfluorooctanoic acid 0.1 ng/µL perfluorononanoic acid 0.1 ng/µL perfluorodecanoic acid 0.1 ng/µL perfluorododecanoic acid .03 mg/mL poly-DL-alanine .001% ultramark 1621 2x bottles each containing a 17 mL of the (49.95:49.95) acetonitrile:water + 0.1% formic acid. 2x LCMS QC Reference Standard (p/n 186006963) each containing a 500 μL mixture of the following components in a 5.7% acetonitrile/94.3% water + formic acid matrix. 10.0 μg/mL acetaminophen 1.5 μg/mL caffeine 5.0 μg/mL sulfaguanidine 1.0 μg/mL sulfadimethoxine 2.5 μg/mL Val,-Tyr-Val 0.2 μg/mL verapamil 0.2 μg/mL terfenadine 2.5 μg/mL leucine-enkephalin 0.6 μg/mL reserpine

The Major Mix IMS/Tof Calibration Kit should be stored at -20°C ± 10ºC (frozen) when it is received.
