96-well Collection Plate with 700 µL Glass Insert, 1/pk

The polypropylene 96-well Collection Plate with 700 µL Glass Insert is intended to stop chemical reactions when storing analytes in lab equipment. It was made to work with autosamplers. The 96-well Plate with Glass Inserts is SBS/ASI compliant for robot-compatible systems. The 96-well SPE and filtration plate design can use the plate, which also has circular wells, as collecting plates. The analyte is frequently hard to come by and in small quantities. It is essential to extract as much of the analyte as is practical in order to ensure that the analysis can be completed effectively. By driving the analyte's volume to go along the glass insert by placing it in the 96-well plate well, you can swiftly reach it.

The 96-well Plate for Use with Glass Inserts offers the highest protection for samples and analytes when used with a sealant. By doing this, it makes sure that the samples collected are clean and will not degrade as a result of temperature variations. You may store your samples, solutions, and analytes on the 96-well plate for use with Glass Inserts without worrying about potential damage from spills. This is a result of the sealant's capacity to offer organic solvent protection.

For ease of use and analysis, the lab equipment can be centrifuged to a predetermined centrifugal force. This product can withstand up to 5000g of centrifugal force. When centrifuging lab equipment, however, considerable care must be used because even the smallest error could result in plate deformation. A deformed plate can seriously hurt an instrument because it might make it malfunction and shut off.

A crucial piece of lab equipment for the ACQUITY UPLC Technology, the 96-well Collection Plate with 700 µL Glass Inserts enables chromatographers to achieve the improved resolution, sensitivity, and throughput they anticipate from the system. Use the ACQUITY UPLC System to deliver analysis with better efficiency across a wider range of flow rates and back pressures, as well as higher throughput results with improved resolution and sensitivity. The method aims to decrease sample time and cost while keeping accurate results.

We recommend that you also explore the Cap-mat 96-well Square Plug Pre-slit Silicone/PTFE, 5/pk. Use the Cap-mat 96-well Square Plug Pre-slit Silicone/PTFE to cover all 96 wells with protection during short- or long-term chemistry or compound storage. By purchasing just one piece of lab equipment, you can guard against contamination and the evaporation of well contents, ensuring that your analytes remain pure before or after the analysis and that you consistently get accurate, dependable findings.

Does Temperature Affect Chromatography?

All chromatographic techniques are susceptible to temperature's impact on component separation. The amount of liquid that is transferred from the liquid phase to the vapor phase increases as a result of the heat being transferred to the solvent more efficiently as the temperature rises.
