This lab vial is designed with a Screw Neck, which is an essential design element that enables the vial to mechanically hold the septum in its place safely and secures it during piercing. The design of the vial also forms an excellent seal, and with the vial containing PTFE/Silicone Septum, this lab equipment will also provide you with a resealable container, enabling you to use the sample for multiple injections and sample storage. The PTFE/Silicone septum is chemically resistant until punctured and attains the chemical compatibility of the silicone after being punctured, with a recommended operating temperature range of -40 ˚C to 200 ˚C, making it an excellent choice of apparatus across a wide range of applications.

If you would like to review the equipment available from Waters, please browse through our brochure, or visit our website to shop for lab equipment as per your needs. The septum will enable you to replace the pre-slit PTFE/Silicone septum of the glass vials and offers sufficient venting to prevent vacuum formation in the sample vial. It delivers outstanding sample-draw reproducibility while exhibiting excellent resealing characteristics.
