This course is designed to help individuals gain a solid understanding of method development and validation procedures used to confirm proper chromatographic technique. The relationship between method development and method validation and how this relationship can be used to meet chromatographic goals is discussed. Attendees will learn proven troubleshooting techniques for identifying and differentiating chromatographic issues involving chemistry versus instrumentation. Hands-on laboratory exercises reinforce the material discussed in the classroom lecture. A lab session is included with each day's instruction.
An Electronic course manual is included in the price of course. Hard Copy course manuals are available for an additional charge. See course notes for details.
