This two days training course is designed for the nano Acquity UPLC system users to cover the chemistry, operating principles and maintenance
Topics Covered
o NanoFlow™ chromatography and benefits of 1.7 µm particles
o Introduction to nanoACQUITY UPLC® hardware and design features
o Full description of nanoACQUITY UPLC flowpath and possible valve configurations
o Using the nanoACQUITY UPLC Console software for system startup, including priming the Binary Solvent Manager and Sample Manager and calibrating the Sample Manager
o Column plumbing, leak testing and column equilibration
o Setup, acquisition and evaluation of over night test runs
o General troubleshooting techniques, including tips and tricks
o General Discussion forum and Q&A’s

This course is for individuals who wish to understand the chemistry, operating principles and user maintenance of the nanoACQUITY UPLC system
Prerequisites
Attendees should be familiar with the basic principles of HPLC and MS

Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellations will carry a surcharge. Courses are run with small numbers
for maximum effect. Cancellation/transfers within 3-4 weeks of the course start
date will incur a charge of 20% of the course fee, 2-3 weeks prior, 50% of
the course fee, 1 week prior, 100% of course fee.
- Travel arrangements should
be made upon receipt of confirmation only.

reimbursement of non-refundable tickets as a result of class cancellation
