De cursus bevat uitleg over het gebruik van Empower chromatografie software voor het verkrijgen van “molecular weight / number etc. averages en distributions” van polymeren. Tevens wordt aandacht besteed aan het optimaliseren van de data acquisitieparameters en de parameters voor het verwerken van de resultaten (integratie, calibratie en kwantificering). smalle en brede calibratiemogelijkheden worden uitgelegd en de verwerking van GPC- rapporten wordt behandeld. De cursus wordt gegeven met hands-on op de PC en in de Pro Interface met verwijzingen naar de QuickStart Interface.

Who Should Attend
De cursus is voor gebruikers die GPC analyses en berekeningen in Empower moeten uitvoeren.
Prerequisites
Deelnemers moeten de Start-Up uitleg van Empower gehad hebben met enige weken ervaring en en de cursus Empower met de Pro Interface of de Quickstart Interface gevolgd hebben.

Cancellation Policy
Waters has the right to cancel a course up to one week before the start of the event due to insufficient interest. In this case, we will make a reservation for you for the next time the training will be scheduled. If you are unable to join for the training after registration, please inform us ASAP. Cancellation policy: If cancel up to one week before the start of the event, an amount to 50% of the course fee will be charged. In the event of a short cancellation or no-show, we will charge the full participation fee.

Coming from Brussels
Follow the E40 and E19 to the Binnensingel/R10 in Antwerp. Take the exit in the direction of Borgerhout from the N155. Continue on the Binnensingel/R10. Take the Posthofbrug to Berchemstadionstraat.
Coming from Ghent
Take the E17 to the Gerard le Grellelaan in Antwerp. Take exit 5-Berchem from the E34. Take the R10 and Posthofbrug to Berchemstadionstraat.
Coming from Limburg
Follow the E40 and E313 to the Grotesteenweg/Mechelsebrug/N1 in Antwerp. Take exit 4-Berchem from the E19/E34. Take the Binnensingel/R10 and Posthofbrug to Berchemstadionstraat.
Coming from The Netherlands
Take the A27 and E19 to Grotesteenweg/Mechelsebrug/N1 in Antwerp, Belgium. Take exit 4-Berchem from the E19. Take the Binnensingel/R10 and Posthofbrug to Berchemstadionstraat.
By train
Get off at Antwerp-Berchem train station. From there you can choose to go on foot or to take a bus.
On foot (+/- 20 min.)
Walk via Posthofbrug and Roderveldlaan and turn right to stay on Berchemstadionstraat.
By bus (+/- 9 min.)
Go to Berchem Station platform 22 and take bus 92, Get off at stop Berchem Roderveldlaan and walk to Berchemstadionstraat 72.
