This virtual training session is focused towards the enhanced usage of features provided by the Empower 3 Enterprise server operating system and a complete overview of all Empower 3 Enterprise administration tasks, both on the server and throughout the network

Virtual Classroom – In the virtual classroom experience each user will be invited into a Microsoft Teams Meeting and ReadyTech Event session.  In the Teams Meeting the students will be able to speak with the instructor and other students and watch as the instructor provides live software demonstrations.  In the ReadyTech platform the students will access their own virtual Empower or Nugenesis workstations, where they will be able to follow along with the instructor and simultaneously interact with the software.  The instructor can monitor progress on the student ReadyTech desktop and take control of the student session as necessary.  Invitations to both forums will be sent prior to the start of the class.  An internet connection and a computer system are required for this course.  The Teams and ReadyTech platforms are accessed through internet browser windows.

These sessions are focused towards people responsible for maintaining the Empower Enterprise within their organization and who are familiar with the operating system of the clients and the server, but would like to further explore beneficial configuration possibilities

To get the maximum benefit from these sessions, certain training skills, other than the usual Empower Enterprise training that takes place as part of the installation, are needed. For instance, some knowledge of the Windows Operating System is essential.

Each attendee will receive a Certificate of Attendance

An Electronic course manual is included in the price of the course.   Hard Copy course manuals are available for an additional charge of 100€

Customer cancellations will carry a surcharge. Courses are run with small numbers for maximum effect. Cancellation/transfers within 3-4 weeks of the course start date will incur a charge of 20% of the course fee, 2-3 weeks prior, 50% of the course fee, 1 week prior, 100% of course fee.
