Webinar Abstract
Many of you might wonder, how long should the chromatographic data remain active on server for analysis and/or re-analysis? Does the scientist need to actively process or review results for days, months or even years?
The answer is, many of the lab scientists would rather leave the chromatographic data remain active and wouldn’t want to take the time to perform long term archive. Mainly due to the complexity of data archival process and the risk of losing data if it wasn’t properly done.
In this webinar, presented by Michelle Ho, Informatics Business Development lead for Waters APAC, will describe the key concept of data archival, and why it is an important data management procedure in your laboratory.
Michelle will also introduce File Capture – a very important function within Waters NuGenesis SDMS – that simultaneously manage your data footprint by automating the process of archiving inactive projects to a searchable archive. Michelle will also show you once the data is archived into NuGenesis SDMS, you are able to restore the data back to the original application seamlessly if necessary.
