Utilization of MaxPeak High Performance Surfaces and the Atlantis Premier BEH C18 AX Column to Increase Sensitivity of LC-MS Analysis
This work shows the benefits of the incorporation of MaxPeak HPS with the Atlantis Premier BEH C18 AX Column. Increases in chromatographic peak area under LC-MS conditions were observed in the range of 1.3- to 19-fold higher when comparing columns with and without MaxPeak HPS. Many classes of compounds tested in this work showed benefits using this technology, such as phosphorylated compounds, pharmaceutical drugs, and biological metabolites.
