Development and Optimization of a HILIC-MS Separation of 17 Free Amino Acids using an XBridge Premier BEH Amide Column
In this application note, we describe the development of a HILIC separation of seventeen free amino acids using a stepwise, methodical approach for column and mobile phase pH screening and method optimization. Due to the lack of significant chromophores, mass detection was employed for these analytes, using an ACQUITY QDa Detector.
