Analytical Quality by Design Based Method Development for the Analysis of Cold and Cough Formulations Using an Arc Premier™ System
This application note describes about the development of a UHPLC method for separating six APIs in cough syrup formulations. The method was tested on four formulations and was able to maintain resolution and peak purity of present APIs in each formulation while in the presence of a 100% potassium sorbate spike.
